One of the best nights we had using our kitchen...hubby and I held a "Iron Chef" competition of sorts. We competed against each other submitted three dishes and let our son be the judge. We had a blast! We had an hour to cook and each got two burners on the stove and went at it. The "secret ingredient" was Sea Scallops. That will always be one of my favorite memories of our kitchen.
