Open House

Tasha is doing an open house here tomorrow, I think we should make it a "Pool Party BBQ" themed open house. Why not themed open houses, like back to school or new baby or whatever and one could stage the house to go with the theme. There is probably a reason for most open houses to not be this way but today I will think theme.

Every Little Thing....Gonna Be Alright!

$199,750

Wow, well we are lowering the price on our home. Why you ask? As a present to you potential buyers out there, we know how hard it is to get a loan these days, how scary you might feel getting into the housing market for the first time or you are selling your own house and have tried to gift the new buyer like we so generously have. We hear ya! Now we are offering you a beautiful home at $11,000.00 less yes you read that right less than yesterday. This is guaranteed to be the lowest price this house will list so snap it up!

With so many saying about the housing market "you are crazy not to buy" "you are crazy to sell" "You are crazy to have bought a home in 2005 at the peak of the housing bubble, even though you relocated for a job and didn't want to live under the overpass on I-35 so you bought a home." I am going to tell you dear buyer you are ok, you are sane, you will enjoy living in your house and we are offering ours at a crazy cool price of $199,750.

So if any of you are out there who are looking to buy a home in Pflugerville or Austin or just generally looking for a home now. What do you want! Tell it to Mama! Go ahead spill it it will make you feel better.

Dazzle Coffee

Even though I welcome the addition of Starbucks, and other coffee shops in Pflugerville. I will always love my coffee from Dazzle. The coffee is great and the staff is very nice, they always remember my sons order of hot chocolate and large cookie when we go together. It was the first drive through coffee place in Pflugerville. I remember watching the construction wondering if it would be worth the wait, it seemed to take forever for the opening day. It was worth the wait! It is on Pflugerville's "Main" street per se. It is on my way from dropping off my son at Brookhollow Elementary and getting on I-35 for work.

Here is the location:
100 North 2nd Street @ FM 1825 (Pecan Street)
Pflugerville, Texas 78660

Staining the Fence

As you can see from the previous photo the stain on the fence really upgrades the look of the backyard.
